Migration is Beautiful Presentation at Brown University

 

This coming Tuesday, February 25, I'll be giving a presentation about my art practice in creating powerful and unapologetic art pieces. I''ll be sharing snippets of Migration is Beautiful, the recent documentary highlighting some of my creative projects.Following this presentation, CSREA will host a closing reception for the art exhibition CultureStr/ke. This collection of posters by various artists explores different aspects of the immigrant experience, from the criminalization of migrants through deportation to the undocumented and queer intersectionality.

The presentation is taking place in the meeting Room (2nd Floor), Brown RISD Hillel, 80 Brown Street. I'm excited to hang out with fans/friends old and new.
